Governing Law

These terms and legal notices are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Province of Québec, as well as the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the competent judicial district in the Province of Québec.
In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the French version shall prevail.
